1.  How do I place a classified ad with your service?

      Step 01.  Register for a new FREE account
      Step 02.  Login to your account
      Step 03.  Click on New Ad in the member area
      Step 04.  Choose a Category
      Step 05.  Choose a sub category under main category (if applicable)
      Step 06.  Click Add ad to this category
      Step 07.  Enter a title and then description and other information for your ad.
      Step 08.  Select how long you want the add to run
      Step 09.  Click on register and your done. Keep an eye on your credits.
                     You may have to buy Credits to place extra ads!
      Step 10.   If you want to upload picture click on 'I want to upload a picture'
                     and follow the instructions.

2.  Remember! Only two Free Non Commercial ads per person. For additional ads, you will have to Buy Credits.

3.  You create a paid or free ad using the Add Ad  link to your left.

4.  Once this is uploaded and approved, your selected schedule (1 week - 3 months) begins.Your ad will appear in your selected category until the schedule has finished.

5.  If anybody sees your ad and likes what they read, they may click it to view further details. At this stage they have the opportunity of contacting you by email via Shetland Classifieds.From then on, it's up to you and the seller to continue the communication and ultimately sell your item.

6.  Once the item is sold, you may remove it by visiting Edit Ads. The ad will be removed from the listing within 1 minute of you deleting it or mark it as 'SOLD' and leave it there to delete at a later stage.
